Dr. Jeffery Johnson is the President and Chief Executive officer of The National Partnership for Community Leadership. The NPCL was established in 1996 with the mission of strengthening small and medium size nonprofit and community-based organizations to serve and empower low-income families and youth. A particular focus of NPCL and Dr. Jeffery Johnson has been facilitating community partnerships to create long term connections between non-custodial fathers and their children.
NPCL offers year-round capacity training and since 1998, has annually sponsored the international fatherhood conference.
